Our friends Somaya Langley and Nick Mariette have already posted a couple recorded in Australia – Nick went as far as recording the extraction of his wisdom teeth with binaural microphones . . . ouch; Somaya’s recording is from Uluru.
Sound Transit, although very new, could expand nicely in time and provide an excellent online resource for sound sources.
