Dump Toxic Radio – Support FBI 94.5 (Sydney)

0

FBI 94.5 kicks off its latest supporter drive this week. It’s all about local and new music, but the station needs financial support from listeners to keep broadcasting.

FBI’s home to a host of Cyclic Defrost writers past and present including Quadrasonic (Damo Okeeffe & Tim Coleman), Utility Fog (Peter Hollo), Weekend Lunch (Anna Burns), Join the Dots (me), as well as great shows like the Naked City (Jay Katz and crew), Out of the Box (Imogen Semmler), Garage Pressure, Unputdownable (Eliza Sarlos), Fat Planet (Stu Buchanan), Paul’s Playlunch (Paul Gough aka Pimmon), Sunsets (Deepchild, Ro Sham Bo, etc) and Reprazent (Xannon Shirley aka The Tongue).

FBI’s had a big impact on the local music scene since it started in 2003. It’s independent, not for profit and all about music. Call-in (83322945 in Sydney) or sign up online to become financial supporters of the station. It can be as cheap as $4 per month. You’ll probably win a prize too.

Every new supporter gets a one-off FBI Sound Emissions CD featuring Sydney bands including Telemetry Orchestra, Comatone, Rand & Holland, Fourplay remixed by Clue to Kalo, Underlapper remixed by Part-Timer, Ollo, Robert Luke and The Instant.
