from soapbox to Senate is a ‘single’ created from live performances, edited improvisations and on-site field recordings of a work by the same name at Boggo Road Gaol in November 2014. …from soapbox to Senate was the result of an invitation by OtherFilm to create a work to present at their Institutional Capture festival.

Mixtape 1′ brings together three archival collage style pieces by Brisbane, Australia based musician Andrew Tuttle into the physical realm for the first time.

Released in an extremely limited, hand assembled run of 50 CDs as well as a ‘pay what you like’ digital edition, throughout its three tracks ‘Mixtape 1’ explores themes of summer pleasantries, domestic bliss, intense subtropical weather, radical agitation, spatial tension and overall redemption.
