FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What sort of music do I get sent?
A: Each fortnight we choose a range of new release albums or important seminal oldies and offer these to subscribers. If you already have one or more of the releases there are always alternatives.
Q: Are they all Australian releases?
A: No, we choose music from all over the world mainly from independent labels and across a range of styles and genres.
Q: What if I don't like the music I get sent?
A: We don't offer any refunds - the idea of the music club is that you will get exposed to new music. With each release we send out some listening notes that will help you get in the right 'head space' to enjoy the music. However, personal taste being the way it is, we can't account for every situation.
Q: How does my label submit material for consideration for the music club?
A: Send your release to Cyclic Defrost, PO Box A2073, Sydney South, NSW 1235, Australia. Every release will also be considered for review purposes and will probably be played on our related weekly radio show in Sydney.
