Chopps Derby has a foil mouth, but he does think this ep will bring out the worst in you… What seems initially as overkill from this MC from Manchester, one soon realizes the underlying humour, the deadpan delivery, you can almost hear the smirk on this face. The press release sums it up perfectly, “walking across these pavements of puke is Chopps Derby, a well hard bumbaseed turn bare sick emcee from Droylsden. Since his cough and drop, he has spent most his time down the dogs, peckin’ heads with his grim tales of sexual healing and his manifestos about getting mashed and that.” Indeed.
Great use of samples by Chopps, not unlike the quirky eclectic digging of MF Doom and Madlib, making this producer and label one to watch. This, the labels debut release, also contains the instrumentals. Just don’t tune in if you’re easily offended…

Upon reading this review and knowing chopps for quite some time I believe that you may have got to grips with the stupidity and the shear idiotics of this stupid little boys BIG DREAM. As long as i’ve known Chopps he believed he was the world’s greatest MC (I never did), freestylin’ and just general being “off the hook” but this is a piece of art from one of Manchesters freshest MCs. Big up the Chopps massiff peas out bro’
