Tonight we kick things off with one of the new remixes of Venetian Snares by Bong Ra. Usually known for his sample-heavy breakcore, Bong Ra goes all downtempo to prove he can do all styles. Then its on to Belgium (via the Netherlands) for some silly electro then deep into experimental drones, some uplifting ‘pretty’ music from Sigur Ros, Sora and others with a short excursion into cosmic jazz, before delving into some dubstep past and future including two more selections from the stunning new album on Hyperdub from Burial, then back out to the soon-to-tour Modeselektor.
