Member of the Cumbia Cosmonauts, The Swiss Conspiracy, PBS FM host of the excellent Space is the Place and periodic Cyclic contributor Moses Iten toured through Mexico playing 16 shows in 10 cities last year as Cumbia Cosmonauts and recorded the journey for ABC’s Earshot Program.
Always in the search for new cumbia sounds, he traveled through the barrios of Mexico City, met some amazing musicians and personalities along the way as well as profiling the history of Cumbia in Mexico and detailing how it differs from South American Cumbia .
